I am and will continue to do this by providing the highest standard of bespoke group & personalised Pilates based & fitness programmes designed with experience gained in rehabilitation, fitness & customer care.

I am dedicated to meeting objectives and producing measurable results. I work well with individuals and within a team using creativity, enthusiasm as well as my business and interpersonal skills.

My previous career in medical sales and marketing for Johnson & Johnson Medical, Verigen UK Ltd and Genzyme Therapeutics has given me a wealth of knowledge and contacts in wound management and orthopaedics in knee and ankle cartilage problems and osteoarthritis.
